Held at the Western Sculpture Garden in St. Paul, the CHAT Art Festival is a great event with much fun and talent celebrating Hmong American art and heritage. This year, many new magazines were making their first appearance here, as well as some regularly exhibiting artists who were displaying some new and innovative pieces.
Cakes By Fhoua even held a baking competition demonstrating some great culinary artistry that just happened to be very delicious as well.
