Lao Zombies: Not a concern?

The University of Oxford recently examined data to see who's the most interested in zombies based on google searches for zombies over the years.

As you can see, while a few people in Thailand were curious about zombies, there are no significant results in Laos proper. China seems to be in the same boat.

Japan, on the other hand, seems to look for zombies more than any other Asian nation.

Does this corroborate our theories in previous posts on Lao zombies? it's entirely possible Lao in Laos are googling for zombies under a different term, but I wouldn't say that's likely.

So, for those writing about zombies in a post-zombie apocalypse world, a big question is: In Laos, since they don't seem to ask too much about zombies, will they be more at risk due to unfamiliarity with proven techniques for addressing a zombie menace?

As a landlocked country, what are the hazards and the risks for the residents, and what would be an effective approach to contain a zombie outbreak?

Would we see a map similar to the one that emerged during the avian flu outbreaks? Or would the contagion have a different pattern?
