[Poem] Four Niece-Sitting Haikus

One sheet of paper,
An open box of crayons.
Cleaning walls, all day.

Snacking, then a nap.
Speak of life without limits.
See how much pants fill.

Lunchtime with my niece
Revolting against puree.
Oh, who can blame her?

Who will remember?
Monsters, Laos, journeys, grand dreams.
Maps, doors opened.
