I am in Berkeley at the moment, upstairs in a Mediterranean cafe, having coffee for a panel at the Berkeley Art Museum on the very idea of Asian American identity/Asian American adoption of the arts. As more good panels like this are formed, the voice(s) of the poetry should continue to echo. I'll be talking about notions of time, geography, and the image.
