Asian American Film Festivals?

In case you were wondering, there are many Asian American film festivals being conducted around the US that provide great opportunities for emerging and established film-makers.

Each of them has their own character but if you're in the area, they're definitely worth checking out. Let me know if I've missed any:

Thanks for mentioning the Asian Film Festival of Dallas! Our 9th annual festival is in July. Always a very fun week.

It's good to see Texas supports Asian American film festivals. Keep up the great representation. :)

I am looking forward to more of your poems on film. I will be attending the Chicago fest. Thank you for posting these!

I'm going to try and make it down to the Chicago one, too. In Minnesota, we have a number of film festivals but few that are centered strictly on the work of Asian American film-makers. The closest might be the new Transracial Adoptee Film Festival in November. I'm looking forward to seeing how that progresses.
