On the other hand, in Thailand, Wat Samphran shows everyone how it's done with a massive Lung coiling around the 17-story temple. It's a little out of the way for most tourists, found at Sampran district in Nakorn Pathom province Thailand. The building's red color is selected for its meaning to the Chinese, Thai, and Europeans, essentially fortune, sacrifice & unity, and love. There are reports that internally the building is in a bit of disrepair but the dragon is hollow in sections.
Of course, I would love to see a Lao building that features a more traditional Nak one day, but all in good time, Now to work on a giant King Kong building in New York.
